As responsible citizens, we should help people with special needs. Among our initial actions we can include opening our public places such as parks and schools to all. By making these areas user friendly, we enable us to facilitate the movement of all.

The other significant factor is inclusive education. Children with special needs will create understanding and acceptance among peers at a tender age when they learn with their peers. The future generations are ready to accept diversity in this environment and this makes our society more diverse and caring.

It is also important to form employment opportunities that target people with special needs. Through these jobs, they are able to apply their own differentiated skills, which enhances their livelihood and they become able to give back to their communities. Also, community awareness education can be used to dispel the myths and foster acceptance, where everyone will feel appreciated.

Technology is also an important part in this endeavor. With the help of assistive technologies, people will be able to communicate and move around easier. We encourage the growth of friendships and networks that make individuals with special needs flourish by facilitating social inclusion.

Another necessary aspect of taking care of these people is access to healthcare. This is very important to make sure that they obtain the appropriate medical support services and care. Policy advocacy may also be used to enact laws that safeguard their rights and this will result in a more equal society.

To be completely inclusive, we must collaborate not only on the governmental, organizational and business levels, but also on the level of individual people. Diversity allows us to create a community in which all people will feel respected and accepted. With our collaboration, we will be able to put our society in a place whereby inclusivity becomes a reality to everyone.
